Policies.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

Arriving late will limit the time allocated for your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will still be billed the full price for the scheduled service. A card will be kept on file from the time your appointment is booked. Cancellations or rescheduling without 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee while no-shows will be charged 100%. Clients are required to have a credit card on file and must pay these fees before being allowed to re-book. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved for you. When you cancel without proper notice, we are unable to book that time for other clients, and we do not get paid for the time lost that would have otherwise been filled. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to pay all fees and dues after services are rendered.

There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved:

There are NO REFUNDS. My goal is to cultivate a long-lasting relationship with my clients. Sometimes, we may encounter challenges along the way. However, it is through these experiences that we can learn and grow together. I am dedicated to making the necessary adjustments to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. This process can take time, but I am willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me!

  • you are eligible for corrective services 3 days post lash services, 1 week post skincare treatments.

  • you will no longer be eligible for corrective services if another aesthetician or service provider is used.

  • In order to qualify for a correction service you must invest in the recommended retail products for at home care of services, or follow recommended at home care.

Cancellations:

If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Giving 48 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If cancelling 2 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy.


Late Appointments:

If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment.

A grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. After 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled, or charged under the No Show Policy.

No-Show Appointments:

In the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. No shows will run the risk of no longer being provided services.
